2. Description of Service

India Utility Hub is a web-based utility platform providing free interactive calculation tools, Indian tax comparisons, loan amortization schedules, investment compounding models, utility bill estimators, and standard legal/document draft generators.

3. Calculator and Tool Usage

All tools are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for personal, non-commercial self-estimation. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and relevance of any numerical results or generated templates before relying on them for contractual, corporate, or financial commitments.

4. Accuracy and Computational Limitations

While our computation engines strictly model authoritative Indian statutory rules and standard mathematical formulas (including Section 115BAC slabs, standard deductions, reducing-balance amortizations, and EPFO rules), calculations involve inherent simplifications and rounding assumptions. Financial results are estimates and may differ from actual products, lender loan schedules, mutual fund NAVs, or final market outcomes.

5. Financial, Tax, and Legal Information

Tax results generated on this site are estimates based on the assumptions and tax rules implemented by the tool (e.g., standard deduction limits, Section 87A rebates, Chapter VI-A deductions under the Old Regime). Tax legislation, judicial interpretations, and CBDT notifications are subject to change. You must verify all tax estimates against current official guidance and consult a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or tax advisor before making filing, investment, or tax planning decisions.

6. Document Generators & Legal Validity

Generated documents (such as Rent Agreements, Rent Receipts, Salary Slips, Salary Certificates, and GST Invoices) are standardized template drafts. Users are strictly responsible for reviewing and tailoring these drafts to determine whether they satisfy their particular legal, contractual, tax, employer, or commercial requirements.

India Utility Hub does not guarantee that generated drafts comply with local state stamp duty schedules, mandatory registration requirements under state Rent Control Acts, or specific corporate payroll bylaws. Generated templates do not constitute executed legal contracts until independently reviewed, approved, stamped, and signed by the relevant parties.

7. User Accounts and Security

While registration is optional for calculator use, users who create an account are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Google Authentication

If you choose to register or sign in using Google OAuth, your use of Google sign-in is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We receive only basic profile information to verify your identity.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the platform's server infrastructure.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers that generate abusive load on our web servers or API endpoints.
• Input malicious scripts, phishing links, or defamatory payloads into document generator fields.
• Misrepresent India Utility Hub as an official government agency or certified financial institution.

10. Intellectual Property

The software, visual design, custom UI components, algorithms, educational guides, and brand identifiers of India Utility Hub are protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any specific user text you enter into our document tools to synthesize personal PDFs.

11. Third-Party Services and External Links

Our website may contain links to external official websites (such as the Income Tax Department e-Filing portal, EPFO Member portal, or GST portal) for user verification. We have no control over the content, security, or availability of third-party websites and assume no liability for them.

12. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive for high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any calculator, guide, or document tool without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, India Utility Hub, its creator, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to financial losses, tax penalties, interest liabilities, loan sanction rejections, rental contract disputes, or business interruptions—arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our tools, calculations, or document templates.
